5/28/25: Red is coming back! Since we sold him, he was ridden by a young beginner rider in 4H county shows and clinics. They competed in game and ranch classes as well as doing some trail riding. He didn't get used last year and his horse mom doesn't want him to sit again this year.
Hailey had a blast with Red and is eager for him to come back! She asked by we sold him and I mentioned she mashed the gas pedal...and he wasn't as fast as her freaky fast pony Copper....so Red was offered for sale.
2022: Red came to us as a training and consignment horse....and never left! He was a nice ranch broke, using horse. Nothing fancy but you could tell he was cowboyed on...long days, wet saddle pads and knew what work was. So Bronson fell in love and here he is! Red is the absolute SWEETEST, most in your pocket...greet you in the pasture every time type of gelding. Trinity had put about 30 days on him for his owner, doing some general work - getting him better broke, starting roping the dummy and tracking cattle...then we bought him and Bronson took over...so basically he got rode a couple times in a couple months....then Hailey decided she wanted to run a summer/fall series on Red...so started him on barrels. The paid ended up youth 2D champions! Red has turned into a favorite for lesson riders! He is eager to please and loves attention...he'll go slow all day but has no problem running a hole through the wind if you'd like ;-)
