Mark Bugni guided All About Xs N Os (“Shiner Bockâ€), owned and bred by talented youth rider Jayci Byler of Bellville, Texas, to the championship at the $10,000-added Kim Landry Benefit Futu-rity, hosted by Chuck Dunn’s D&D Barrel Productions, April 9-14 in Abilene, Texas. Landry, one of the all-time great futurity trainers and competi-tors from Starke, Florida, is battling early onset dementia.
The event was spearheaded by Ryann Pedone, who rode with Landry as a Youth. The event was sponsored by Pedone’s R Barrel Horses, Randy Hartley, Potter Concrete, Lee Pedone, Double X Equine-Dr. Don Lee and HorseSwim.com.
