Kassie Green wins again at the Big J Futurity and Derby in Waterloo, IA - August 27th & 28th, 2016

Kassie Green and Lenas Famous Blondie win again at the Big J Futurity in Waterloo, Iowa! Winning the first go and placing 4th in the second go, Green was able to edge out Reserve Champions Nicole Ratkowski and SR Moonlites On Fire. Green and her mare outran the field of 39 in the first go of the Futurity with a 15.160. Ratkowski posted a smoking time of 14.886 to win the second go. Green ran a 15.253, winning the average with a 30.413. Ratkowski and her gelding were close behind with a 30.452. Rob Blohowiak and his great horse, Glory Glory Hallelujah took the 3rd place position with a 30.498. Shawn Varpness and Shezastreaknsunfrost were 4th and Sandy Highland and Velvet Firefighter were 5th. What a tough, close race! Congratulations to all of the winners!
